About This Project

Our large cherries ranging in color from dark red to black, are very popular fruit types because of their unmistakable aroma. After harvesting, which takes place from the middle of June to the middle of August, the cherries are cooled in ice water, and are subsequently sorted by color and size with the help of optical sorting.
